Approval policies mean you can control how many approvals are necessary to make a payment and change account settings.

  • Step 1 - Go to the Wallets page from the sidebar menu.

  • Step 2 - Click on the wallet details and hit Settings (3 dots at the rights of the wallet row).

  • Step 3 - In the Approval policy text field, set the number of admin approvals required to approve a crypto transaction. The more signers, the lesser the risk of funds being misused. However, too many admins can increase the complexity of your operations, it's a good balance to find!

We recommend setting the approval threshold to (number of admins - 1) in case one of your admins gets compromised or lose access to his email.
